For our trip, the entire group went swimming with Turtles on Thursday. Downtown shopping in Tulum's city center on Friday, and then on Sunday we took a taxi to the ruins.
THE HOTEL
For our wedding, we chose the Hilton Riviera Tulum All Inclusive hotel, which hadn't even opened when we booked it. We were the first wedding at this location and the staff all treated us like royalty. Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya

We flew in on a Wednesday the 25th of May, with the ceremony on the 28th, and left on the 30th. We had five days of wonderful weather, and while most days were really hot, the day of the wedding itself was beautiful.
