Part 8 -- Miscellaneous Trivia

• ​​You don't need to leave the event area to complete. 
• Go there. Hunt with gouda, or donate to get Rewind Raclette cheese. (RWRC)
• Hunt with RWRC to get drops of threads. 
• Repair the 2009 quilt.  
• Travel there, and hunt with RWRC to get more loot drops until you can repair the 2010 quilt.
• Repeat for all 10 years of MH to get the birthday base!

Lots of treasure chests to get.   Some are relic chests, and a few donation only ones.  Both Relic scrolls are bought in the cartographer store in the event area.  Rewards include the new Rewind Charms

Roasted Raclette is a real cheese!  It's made from cows milk, and comes from primarily Switzerland.

Getting in is easy, just travel to the event area. A quick word about travel. As you progress through the years, you can travel to any one of them you've unlocked before. Just click the logo and "travel".   

It's easier for me to think of it as traveling through a time zone, and not as physical locations.

If you hover over any of the year badges, you can get "More Info".  This page shows all the mice, and you can quickly travel from year to year, and see what cheese is needed for every mouse you have access to.  Just click the year, and then if you want to hunt there "travel" to the time zone.

No potions this year, and no real "loot", except for the pieces that get dropped by the mice to rebuild the quilt. None of it will be useful outside of the event.

No need to count and double check what supplies you're missing. Green mean go, Red means hunt! 

If you get a moment, be sure to hit the "more info" for each year and read the newspaper blurbs.  (No need to travel, you can read them all in the HUD.)  They're quite fun and some great memories for the old-timers.

For traps, there's nothing "new" perse, but rather anniversary editions of old and loved favorites.

Part 5 -- Overall Mechanics

* Use Moon cheese to attract Lycans for good RRC drops.

* Once you've unlocked a few years,, make use of the different areas that have multiple drops, but the moment you've got enough for the next repair, switch zones.   e.g.  If you need 10 thread and 5 pins, stay in 2009 where you can get both. Once you've got either one filled, then jump to 2008 for thread only (or 2010 for pins only)

Once you figure out the system, it's not such a hard area, but there are a few key things to be aware of.

You start in the year 2008, and you've got to repair the Quilt of Time, and then travel through the years. Each year brings with it different mice and challenges to complete. 

For any given year, you can hunt with gouda to get drops of the Rewind Raclette cheese. Hunt with the Rewind to get the loot drops to complete that area.  If you find yourself getting too many of a certain type, it's totally OK to travel back to a prior year and hunt for a more specific loot.  (You might also want to do this to complete maps!)

When in doubt of where to find some loot that you can find with RRC, look at the year badges, they tell you where everything is.  

For example, 2009 has both Time Thread and Pausing Pins, but 2010 has only the Pausing Pins.
